Once you sign up and select conventions you're interested in, we monitor those convention websites automatically. When we detect that artist alley applications have opened, we send you an email notification immediately. You don't need to check anything manually.

We check convention websites regularly using automated scraping. We aim to detect changes within a few hours of them happening. Convention websites vary in how clearly they announce openings, so occasionally we may miss a quiet update — but we're constantly improving our detection.

We currently track over 890 conventions across the US and beyond. Our database is continuously growing. If you'd like us to add a specific convention, email us at support@artistalleynotifier.com.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime plan holders are not affected by cancellation.

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with the service, email us at support@artistalleynotifier.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — we'll email you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

All plans include the same features. Pro Monthly ($5/mo) is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Pro Yearly ($40/yr) saves you $20 compared to monthly. Lifetime ($150 one-time) is a single payment that gives you permanent access with no future charges.
