By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Description of Service

ArtistAlleyNotifier is a notification platform that monitors convention websites and alerts artists when artist alley applications open. We track convention dates, deadlines, and application windows across hundreds of events.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ArtistAlleyNotifier offers paid subscription plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Lifetime). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Pro Monthly ($5/month): Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Pro Yearly ($40/year): Billed annually
• Lifetime ($150 one-time): Single payment, permanent access

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@artistalleynotifier.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ArtistAlleyNotifier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that convention information is always accurate, complete, or timely. Convention organizers may change their applications without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtistAlleyNotifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed convention applications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
